摘要
建立了一种反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)同时测定混剂中联苯菊酯和吡虫啉含量的方法。采用Eclipse XDB C18不锈钢柱,以甲醇和水为流动相,使用梯度洗脱程序,在225 nm波长下,同时分离测定60%联苯.吡虫啉水分散粒剂中的联苯菊酯和吡虫啉。结果表明,联苯菊酯和吡虫啉的线性相关系数分别为0.9994和1.0000;标准偏差分别为0.024和0.089;变异系数分别为0.39%和0.16%;平均回收率分别为99.6%和99.8%。
A method for the separation and determination of bifenthrin + imidacloprid 60% WG by reverse phase HPLC using methanol and water as mobile phase with gradient program, Eclipse XDB C18 column and DAD at 225 nm was described in this paper. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients for bifenthrin and imidacloprid were 0.9994 and 1.0000, the standard deviations were 0.024 and 0.089, the variation coefficients were 0.39% and 0.16%, the average recoveries were 99.6% and 99.8%, respectively.
