3,4-双(2-嘧啶硫甲基)噻吩及其二维A_g^((I))配合物的合成与结构研究

摘要 本文新合成了一个柔性硫醚配体3,4-双(2-嘧啶硫甲基)噻吩(L),并将之与AgClO4反应,得到了一个新的(4,4)网状结构的配位聚合物[Ag(L)ClO4]n·nH2O(1).X-射线单晶结构分析揭示,硫醚配体L呈现扭曲的endo-anti构型,与金属AgI配位后,为了满足配位环境的需要扭转成endo-syn构型. In this paper, a flexible thioether ligand 3,4-bis (2-pyrimidinesulfanylmethyl) thiophene (L) has been prepared. On the basis of the self-assembly of AgCl04 and L, the(4,4)network coordination polymer, [Ag(L)CIO4]n.nH20(1) has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography and IR. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis has proved that the ligand molecule adopts a twisted endo-anti arrangement, while it in 1 exhibits an endo-syn conformation to meet the requirement of coordination environment.
