摘要
升降式高杆灯一般采用外置式螺旋电缆,随着升降杆高度的增加其电缆固定困难和制作成本也相应增加,采用电动电缆盘电缆收放形式会带来升降杆升降和电缆收放之间的不同步;通过采用扭力电缆盘储存转动势能解决高杆照明灯升降与电缆收放的同步问题,研究扭力电缆盘中蜗卷弹簧的受力分析和弹簧的选择,并结合实例比较两种布置形式的优势,结果表明扭簧电缆盘具有结构简单、成本低的优点。
High mast lighting of raising and lowering general uses the external type spiral cable, it's difficult to fix it and the cost of production will be increased with the increase height of the mast. If using electric reel to retract the cable it will cause the synchronous problem between the raising and lowering of the mast and cable retract. The synchronous problem can be solved with the help of energy conversion which the torsion has stored. This topic focuses on the analysis of the force and choice of the volute spring. Combined with the example of comparing the advantage of two layout forms, the result shows that volute spring cable reels has the advantages of simple structure and low cost.
