摘要
重点介绍CKM64330液体静压导轨的设计。通过分析液体静压导轨特点及CKM64330机床的结构特点,选用开式静压导轨,通过静压导轨的设计计算可以得出,由于油膜具有误差均化作用,可提高导轨运动精度,使其运动平稳,从原理上可作到无间隙配合,从而达到高的位移分辨率、定位精度,并长期保持制造精度的目的。
In this article the design of CKM64330 hydrostatic guideway is mainly introduced. Through analyzing the character- istics of hydrostatic guldeway and the structure of CKM64330 lathe, The open-hydrostatic guideways design is selected. It can be seen from the calculations of the hydrostatic guideways, as the film has the homogenization error, it can improve the accura- cy of rail movement and move smoothly, there is no gap when it is matched with other parts, so it has a high displacement res- olution, positioning accuracy, and can keep accuracy in long-term.
