基于图像处理技术的电梯门系统设计

摘要 针对电梯门系统存在安全隐患的问题,将图像处理技术引入电梯门系统,当电梯门完全打开或即将关闭,安装于电梯门顶部的摄像头对电梯轿门平面以及轿门平面向外的区域进行监测,有静止目标存在于监测范围内或者有运动目标出现时,通过微处理器对摄像头采集的图像数据进行算法处理,迅速给电梯主控制器发送开门信号,通过控制电梯门机,阻止电梯门关闭。实验结果证明:本方案设计的系统的实时性、适应性和准确性都基本满足要求,有较大的实用价值。 There is a great security risk in the elevator door system. The image processing technology is imported into the ele- vator door system, when the elevator door completely open or will be shut down, the camera which was installed on the top of the elevator door will monitor the area including the elevator car door plane compartments and the elevator car door flat outward compartments plane, when there are still object existing in the monitoring range, or some moving object appearing, the micro- processor can collect image data from the camera and process the image data with some algorithing, then the signal is sent to the elevator master controller to open the door quickly and stop the door closed through the control of elevator door machine. Experimental results show that the real-time performance and adaptability and accuracy can meet all basic requirements, and has great practical value.
