摘要
重点介绍蒸汽流真空泵泵液返流测试法兰的加工方法。通过对机械加工工艺技术的研究和分析,利用工装保证测试法兰的加工要求。采用此工艺方法,简化了加工过程,降低了加工难度,更好的满足测试要求。
The flange processing methods of oil vapor stream vacuum pump liquid back-streaming rate is introduced in this pa- per. Based on the research and analysis of mechanical process technology, using the technology equipments to assure the flange＇s processing requirements. The technology will simplify the process, reduce the processing difficulty and satisfy test de- mand.
