重点介绍闸式剪板机液压油缸的改进优化方案,通过对液压系统的分析研究,对缓冲节流面积进行分析计算,实践证明油缸优化改进后机床运行稳定可靠,彻底解决了刀架返程过程中的冲击问题。
The improvement and optimization scheme about hydraulic cylinder of guillotine shears is introduced emphatically based on the analysis and study of the hydraulic system and calculation of the cushion throttling area. The practice shows that the machine's motion is steady and credible after improvement and optimization, the impact problem in return stroke is solved thoroughly.
