摘要
利用NX7.0的多轴数控加工模块编制数控程序,并结合后处理软件和四轴精雕机床,设计出一种螺旋齿轮的多轴数控加工方法,对一些无法采用滚齿或插齿方法加工的齿轮具有实际的指导意义。
A method of multi-axis CNC processing is designed with NX7.0 multi-axis cutting module programme, and com- bined with postprocessing software and four axis CNC machines. It has actual significant guidance in process of machining gears which can not use bobbing or shaping.
