摘要
文中设计了一种基于TOPSwitch-GX系列的电机伺服系统用多路单端反激式开关电源。该电源给系统控制板以及功率器件驱动电路提供5路+15 V、1路-15 V、1路+5 V独立电源,输出功率达到46 W。主要介绍了TOPS-witch-GX系列芯片的特点、开关电源辅助电路设计依据,着重分析了高频变压器的设计步骤,最后设计了基于TL431和光耦PC817的反馈补偿网络保证输出电压的稳定性。
A multi-channel single-end flyback switching power supply is designed for a motor servo system based on TOPSwitch-GX.The power supply to the system control panel and power device driving circuit 5 roads,+15 V,1 road-15V,1 road,+5 V separated power supplies and output power of 46 W.This paper mainly introduced the TOPSwitch-GX series chips feature,switching power supply auxiliary circuit design basis,focus on analyzes the design procedure of high frequency transformer,finally designes feedback compensation network based on TL431 and PC817 to ensure the stability of the output voltage.
