There is a new kind of spray polyurea elastomeric coating for pipeline coating repair these years.Such coating has excellent performances but higher requirements of equipment and operational conditions.Professional requests of the spay equipment and process for polyurea coating used for pipeline coating repair are discussed first.After research on the performance and use of all components of the spray equipment,a set of connection,operation and maintennace methods of spray equipment are obtained.The spay process is studied and then such parameters as the spray temperature and pressure were determined.
