摘要
气阀是压缩机中发生故障最频繁的部件,故障会直接导致机组排气压比失调、排温高等现象,很大程度上影响企业安全生产及设备的使用寿命。文中对压缩机气阀结构及其故障特征进行了简要阐述,并通过实例分析气阀的故障特征,结合HYSYS计算出工艺气压缩过程中的各组分相图,分析了压缩工艺中气带液的产生过程,总结概括了压缩机气阀密封面失效的原因,并从工艺的角度给出了延长气阀寿命的建议。
The failure rate of compressor valves is rather high.The fault of valve has a direct impact on the exhaust pressure and high temperature,which is a important factor to the safe production and service life of machines.This paper briefly elaborates the structure and the main types of faults of the valves and analyzes the fault of the reciprocating compressor valve through examples.HYSYS is used to determine the phase diagram of each component of the processed gas in the compression process,and the process for gas associated with the liquid that is being produced is also analyzed.Based on this,the reasons for invalidity of the sealed surface are summarized.Besides,how to prolong the machine’s service life is also suggested in terms of the process.
