响应面分析法优选大米草总黄酮的提取工艺 被引量:2

摘要 优选大米草总黄酮的微波提取工艺条件。采用响应面分析法,以提取物中总黄酮含量为指标,考察料液比、微波功率、乙醇体积分数、萃取时间等因素对提取率的影响。优选出大米草总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:料液比1∶20,微波功率为550W,乙醇体积分数为75%,萃取时间为4.5min。大米草总黄酮的提取率为0.51%。该方法简便易行,适于工业化生产中应用。而且所得二次模型方程能较好地预测实验结果。 The extraction technology of total flavones from Spartina was optimized by response surface methodology. The content of total flavones was taked as the target. The optimal parameters was obtained by response surface design. The factors including the ratio of material to liquid, microwave power, ethanol volume fraction and extraction time were studied. The best extraction condition was as follows: the ratio of material to water as 1:20, 550W of the microwave power, 75% ethanol and 4.5min of extraction time. In these conditions the total flavones extraction rate from Spartina was 0.51%. The optimized extraction process was feasible and suitable to serve as rationale for the industrialization. The prediction values of the model were well agreed with the experimental values.
