摘要
主要介绍了Honeywell工业无线技术在某地化工装置中的应用。该项目采用无线变送器实时采集装卸码头现场1点停泵信号,1路RS 485信号、3点压力信号,以确保装置的正常运行。从工程设计的角度详细阐述了无线技术方案的配置,无线技术方案的优势及技术讨论,并进一步探讨了多功能节点、无线仪表的设计、选址、安装等注意事项。
In this paper,the application of Honeywell wireless technique in one chemical construction was introduced.Wireless transmitter is used in this construction to collect one signal for pump shutdown,one signal of S485 and three signals for pressure so as to ensure normal performance of the construction.From the view point of engineering design,the wireless technique scheme and configuration were described in detail.The advantages of wireless technique were discussed,and moreover,other respects,such as multi function nodes,design and installation of wireless instruments were also discussed.
