摘要 目的探讨选择性亚低温对急性重型颅脑损伤男性患者红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法急性重型颅脑损伤男性患者60例,平均分为亚低温组和常温组。常温组给予常规综合治疗,亚低温组在常规综合治疗的基础上给予头颈部选择性亚低温治疗。治疗后1、3、5d分别取静脉血检测红细胞补体受体1(CR1),红细胞C3b受体花环率(RC3bRR)、红细胞C3b受体免疫复合物花环率(RICR)。结果治疗后5d亚低温组CR1和RC3bRR均明显高于常温组(P<0.05),而RICR明显低于常温组(P<0.05)。亚低温治疗后5dCR1和RC3bRR明显高于治疗后1和3d(P<0.05),而RICR明显低于治疗后1和3d(P<0.05)。结论选择性亚低温治疗后可明显提高急性颅脑损伤男性患者红细胞免疫功能,且随治疗时间的延长红细胞免疫功能水平逐渐增强。 Objective To explore the effect of selective mild hypothermia on red cell immune function in the male patients with acute severe cerebral injury. Methods Sixty male patients with acute severe cerebral injury were divided into both the normal and mild hypothermia groups of 30 patients each. Selective mild hypothermia was given to the patients" heads and necks for 5 days in the mild hypothermia group. Complement receptor 1 (CR1), red cell C3b receptor ratio (RC3bRR) and red cell C3b receptor immune complex ratio (RICR) were detected in the venous blood in all the patients. Results The blood levels of CR1 and RC3bRR were significantly higher and the blood level of RICR was significantly lower in the mild hypothermia group than those in the normal group 5 days after the treatment (P〈0.05). There were significantly difference in the blood levels of CR1, RC3bRR and RICR between 5 days after the treatment and 1 or 3 days after the treatment in the mild hypothermia group (P〈0.05). Conclusions The red cell immune function may be enhanced by selective mild hypothermia treatment and enhanced as the time of treatment goes on.
