摘要
本文构建了一个综合评价县域经济发展水平的指标体系,利用基尼系数和泰尔指数两个指标对辽宁省县域经济发展水平差异进行了分析。研究表明,用人均GDP、综合指标的基尼系数和泰尔指数测度的辽宁省县域经济差异,在2000年呈现扩大趋势,其后均呈现减小趋势,这反映出辽宁省县域经济发展水平的差异进入新世纪后开始缩小,县域间经济发展水平有趋同的态势,但仍存在较大的差异,差异的强度仍高于改革开放初期的水平。
Using the Gini coefficient and Theil index to analyze the regional disparity of the economic development, this paper built a comprehensive evaluation indicator system based on Liaoning county-level data. The result showed that, the gap of the economic development levels in the counties of Liaoning Province measured on per capita GDP, the Gini coefficient and the Theil index of comprehensive indicator reached the peak in 2000, and then showed a decreasing trend, It indicated that the regional disparities began to converge. But the result still showed a significant difference among the counties＇ economic development levels, and also indicated that the difference intensity was still higher than that of the initial stage of the reform and opening-up.
