Study on the Efficient Use of the Basketball Competition Time

从时间与运动的关系、时间学角度出发,分析了有效运筹篮球比赛时间的重要价值,进一步探讨了篮球竞赛中有效利用比赛时间的原则,进一步指出了有效利用比赛时间的具体方法:一是比赛时间区域扫描法,二是比赛用时对比法,三是比赛时链简化法,认为其实践价值表现在形成球队的战术风格和制定关键球的处理方式上,从而为提高篮球的竞技水平发挥时间的最大价值.

Starting off from the relation between time and athletics,and from the angle of time as a science,analysis is made of the importance of efficient use of basketball competition time.Further explored are the principles for better use of time in basketball matches and the detailed means for efficient use of basketball playing time are also presented： 1.sector scanning method;2.contrastive method of playing time;3.reductionist method of timing chain.It is concluded that the practical value of such methods finds their main application in the forming of tactics style and the treatment mode of winning play so as to maximize the value of taking full advantage of the playing time and enhance basketball competitive performance.
