血清肌红蛋白酶免疫固相测定在DuChenne型肌营养不良症患者及基因携带者检测中的价值

通过对DMD患者50例,DMD基因携带者85例应用血清Mb酶免疫固相法测定,表明这是一项敏感性较高、特异性及准确性好的有价值的方法。该法经济、简便而且可减少放射性污染。
