"80后"青年成长于多元文化共存的氛围中,具有强烈的参与意识和一定的社会行动力,但在社会建设参与方面他们的能量还没有得以有效释放。"80后"新生代非职业化参与社会建设的机制亟待完善,"80后"新生代的积极力量有待充分挖掘,要从各方面不断增强这一群体的社会责任感,提升其社会建设参与能力,使他们更好地投身到社会建设事业中去,实现自身成长与建设和谐社会的双重目标。

Submerged in a muhicuhural atmosphere, the generation born in the 1980s has a strong sense of participation and a certain social mobility, but their participation libido has no effective way to release, so it is urgent to build for them a non-professional social participation mechanism. This new generation＇s positive force should be exploited to increase their sense of social responsibility and their ability of social participation so that they can better devote themselves to social construction and achieve the double goals of self development and social harmony.
