摘要
中国食品安全信息披露体制性弊端表现为披露主体的"缺位",政府的"权力幻觉"及组织机构的分散。提升食品安全信息披露体制效率可采用三大策略:食品安全信息披露"俱乐部"式合作策略、食品安全信息风险评估机构独立化策略、食品安全信息披露社区化治理策略。
The flaws of China＇s food safety information disclosure system are lack of discloser, governmental ＂illusion of power＂ and organizational deconcentration. Three tactics can be taken to improve the efficiency of China＇s food safety information disclosure system： the club-style cooperation in information disclosure, the risk assessing organization＇s independence, and the communal management of information disclosure.
