摘要
分析一款国内豪华游艇设计和建造中的技术特点,推荐一种中型豪华游艇的个性化布置和一种新型动力推进系统,结合成型工艺对构件尺寸进行优化,得出一种既能满足空间要求又能满足规范要求的结构形式;对天窗板原结构进行创新性改进以增加其强度,达到重量轻,强度高,不易变形的目的;在兼顾经济性、操纵性和环保性的同时充分体现了游艇的美学价值和商品价值。
By analyzing the technical features in the design and construction of a domestic FRP luxury yacht, a medium- sized personal luxury yacht's layout and a new propulsion system were recommended. The member scantling was optimized in light of the molding process to reach a structural configuration which can both meet the space requirement and regulations. The original sandwich roof plate was improved to increase the strength, as well as to make it light and hard to be deformed. Taking into account the economic performance, maneuverability and environmental performance, the design reflects the aesthetic value and commercial value.
