血管性痴呆时ERP_s的研究

本文报告血管性痴呆48例的ERP_s检测结果。其中多发性脑梗塞35例,皮层下动脉硬化性脑病13例。ERP_s中N_1、P_2、N_2、P_3波峰的潜伏期延长(P<0.001),P_2、P_3波峰的振幅降低。对ERP_s的检测方法、各波峰的神经生理心理学意义及实用价值作了讨论。

The paper reports the observing result of Event-Retated potentials (ERPs) tp vascular dementia of 48 cases. There are 35 with multi-infarct dementia and 13 with subcortical athero sclerotic encephalopathy among them. The prolongation of latency occurred in the wave crest of N_1, N_2 and P_3 of ERP_3 (P<0.001).The amplitude of vibration deceined in P_2 and P_3 wave crest. The detecting method for ERPs, the neurophy siologi al significance of the varied wave crests and the practical value of ERPs were also discussed
