血栓抽吸对急性ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者近期预后的影响 被引量：6

摘要 冠状动脉斑块破裂诱发急性血栓形成是导致急性ST段抬高心肌梗死（ST-segment elevation myocar-dial infarction,STEMI）发生发展的主要原因。急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（percutaneous coronary inter-vention,PCI）是尽早开通梗死相关动脉（infarct-relat-ed coronary artery,IRA）的有效方法。但在STEMI传统的急诊PCI治疗中,
