中晚期原发性肝癌患者血浆可溶性P-选择素的测定及临床意义

Clinical Significance of Determing Plasma Soluble P-Selectin in Patients with Moderate and Advanced Liver Cancer

目的 :探讨sP -selectin与原发性肝癌发展及转移的关系以及化疗对原发性肝癌患者血浆中sP -se lectin水平的影响。方法 :用ELISA法检测54例中晚期原发性肝癌患者化疗前后血浆sP -selectin的含量。结果 :中晚期原发性肝癌患者化疗前后血浆中可溶性P -selectin均明显高于正常对照组(P<0 01) ;而且与原发性肝癌的临床分期及治疗效果有关 ,Ⅲ期患者较Ⅱ期患者高(P<0 05) ,治疗前较治疗后高(P<0 05)。结论 :中晚期原发性肝癌患者血浆可溶性P -selectin含量比正常人高 ,而且随着病情的发展及疗效而改变 ,故检测sP -selectin有可能成为原发性肝癌辅助诊断。

Objective: To study the relationship between sP-selectin and the development and metastasis of primary liver cancer, and the chemotherapeutic response at different levels of plasma sP-selectin Methods: The content of plasma sP-selectin in 54 patients with moderately advanced primary liver cancer were determined before and after chemotherapy by ELISA method Results: The pre/postchemotherapy levels of soluble P-selectin in plasma of the patients in this series were higher than those in the control group (P<0 01), and correlated with the clinical stage and curative effect The sP-selectin was higher in stage Ⅲpatients before treatment than that in stage Ⅱpatients after treatment (P<0 05) Conclusion: The results showed that the plasma soluble P-selectin level was higher in patients of this series than that in the normal control, and that its change was in conformity with the therapeutic effect and evolution of the disease The determination of soluble P-selectin may be of value in making diagnosis, evaluating evolution of disease as well as the curative effect of therapy in patients with primary hepatic cancer
