模拟正畸拔牙协助制定拔牙矫治计划

目的:在基层口腔医疗机构中为了更好地、直观地显示拔牙后的矫治效果,使其更易与患者及家长沟通。方法:对本医院口腔正畸科临床病例AngLeI类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类错颌共30例,依据自行摸索的排牙方法,进行石膏模拟排牙实验与分析。结果:拔牙矫治计划的正确与否可采用石膏排牙试验,并能直观的显示和预测矫治疗效。3年来,我们共完成了AngLe各类错颌模拟排牙30例,石膏排牙的方法收到了预期的效果。结论:石膏模型诊断性排牙试验和分析,不仅对正畸医生十分重要,而且给患者和家长直观的效果。因此,诊断性的石膏排牙是适合基层口腔医生的一种方法。

Objective：To show the effects of extraction therapy and communication with patients and their families.Methods：Analogue experiments and analysis of tooth arrangement were applied by our special method in all the 30 clinical extraction cases of Angle I,II,III in the Department of Orthodontics of the first Rong Kang Hospital of Henan.Results： The experiments of tooth arrangement can be used to predict the results and to test whether pulling out teeth is needed.We have completed 30 cases of analogue tooth arrangement in malocclusions in 3 years and the 30 experiments received the expected experimental results.Conclusions： Analogue experiments and analysis of tooth arrangement is not only very important for orthodontic doctor,but also can give visual effects and efficacy of pulling teeth to the patients and their families.Experimental tooth arrangement is still an approach for orthodontic doctors to choose.
