1201例精神残疾评定结果分析

Analysis of mental disability evaluation to 1201 cases with mental disorders

目的:探讨徐州市区精神残疾及智力残疾的残疾分布状况及相关因素。方法:对我市2008年至2010年的精神残疾及智力残疾1 201例鉴定病例进行统计分析。结果:精神发育迟滞756例(62.95%);精神分裂症321例(26.73%);癫痫及癫痫所致精神障碍55例(4.58%),情感性精神障碍25例(2.08%);器质性精神障碍21例(1.75%);酒精所致精神障碍20例(1.67%);癔症性精神障碍3例(0.25%)。结论:提示精神发育迟滞、精神分裂症是残疾鉴定中的主要病种,也是致残的主要原因;是精神疾病中导致个体职业功能及社会功能受损的主要疾病,是精神病防治及康复工作中的主要对象。

Objective：To explore the Xuzhou area mental disability and intellectual disability distribution status and its related factors.Methods：the city from 2008 to 2010 the mental disability and intellectual disability identification of 1201 cases with case for statistical analysis.Results： 756 cases of mental retardation（62.95%）;321 cases of schizophrenia（26.73%）;epilepsy and mental disorders due to epilepsy in 55 cases（4.58%）,affective disorders in 25 cases（2.08%）;organic mental disorder in 21 cases（1.75%）;with alcohol induced mental disorder in 20 cases（1.67%）;hysteria mental disorders in 3 cases（0.25%）.Conclusions： the mental retardation,schizophrenia is disability identification of main diseases,is also a major cause for morbidity;mental illness resulting in individual occupation function and impaired social function of the primary disease,mental disease prevention and control and rehabilitation of the main object.
