73例住院女性精神分裂症患者抗精神病药物用药情况调查分析

The survey of using antipsychotic drugs in the Female schizophrenia patients

目的:了解我院女性精神分裂症患者抗精神病药物使用情况。方法:对我院2011年9月12日住院73例女性精神分裂症患者使用抗精神病药物治疗情况进行调查分析。结果:单一用药37例,占50.68%,两种药物联用35例,占47.94%。按照单一药物应用频度排列前4位的是氯氮平、利培酮、奥氮平、齐拉西酮。结论:女性精神分裂症患者抗精神病治疗以单一用药为主,且药物剂量相对较低,其中非典型抗精神病药物使用频率较高。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of using psychoactive drugs in the Female schizophrenia patients in our hospital.Methods：The September 12,2011 as one particular day,the parttern of psychoactive drugs prescription was studied in Female schizophrenia patients.Results： Among them of took psychoactive drugs,37 did single drug and 35 combined 2 drugs.According to using frequency of single drug,the fist 4 drugs were successively Clozapine,Risperidone,Olanzapine,Ziprasidone.Conclusions： The Infemale patients with schizophrenia use antipsychotic with a single-based,dose is low and atypical antipsychotic have been used increasingly in treatment of Female schizophrenia patients.
