目的:剖宫产围手术期优质服务护理路径措施与效果。方法:通过我院206例剖宫产围手术期护理进行系统的回顾性分析。结果:206例剖宫产产妇,除2例为产妇肥胖切口脂肪液化,给于换药及理疗切口愈合良好,余均全部愈合出院。结论:我院自实施整体优质护理服务路径后缩短床位占用率,提高手术的成功率和降低手术的风险,并预防和减少并发症的发生,避免医疗纠纷的发生。术后产妇切口身体恢复取得满意的效果。

Objective：cesarean section perioperative care path measures and results service.Methods：Way through our hospital 206 cases of cesarean section perioperative nursing a systematic retrospective analysis.Results： of 206 cases of cesarean section,in addition to 2 cases of maternal obesity wound fat liquefaction,and physical therapy for wound healing in dressing well,I have healed and discharged.Conclusions： Since the implementation of overall hospital quality care path shortened bed occupancy rate,and improve the surgical success rate and reduce the risk of surgery,and to prevent and reduce complications and avoid the occurrence of medical disputes.Maternal body recover after incision satisfactory results.
