On the Rebuilding of Higher Vocational Teaching Process

高职教育的培养目标在于职业工作能力,体现"致用"的价值诉求,强调在从事职业活动时解决实际问题,完成工作任务的能力。这种在职业工作过程中的能力,必须在真实的工作过程中获得。青岛职业技术学院提出"实境耦合"人才培养模式,并对教学流程实施重新建构,构建了"三化"原则和"五基流程"为主体的高职教学模式。

The educational purpose of higher vocational education lies in professional working abilities,reflects the value requirement of ＂Learning for Doing＂,and emphasizes the abilities to solve problems and accomplish work tasks in professional activities.The ability included in the process of professional work must be achieved in real working process.So Qingdao Technical College presented the education pattern of ＂Reality Coupling＂,reconstructed the teaching process and constructed the higher vocational teaching pattern mainly as the ＂Three-izes＂ principle and the ＂Five-Base Process＂.
