高等工程教育校企合作:必然、现状与对策

On the Necessity,Present Situation and Countermeasures of College-enterprise Cooperation in Higher Engineering Education

合作教育有利于提高人才培养的社会适应性。校企合作培养工程人才是工程教育的本质要求,是中国高等工程教育深化改革、提高人才培养质量的有效途径。当前,工程教育校企合作仍处于由学校主导、以感情联络为主的浅层次合作阶段。建立企业参与工程人才培养的长效机制,需要调动政府、学校和企业三方的积极性。

The cooperative education can improve the social adaptability of talents cultivation.The college-enterprise cooperation in the cultivation of engineering talents is the essential requirement of engineering education and an effective way to reform Chinese higher engineering education and improve the quality of talents cultivation.At present,the college-enterprise cooperation in engineering education is still at the stage of superficial level,in which the college plays a leading role and the cooperative relationship mainly depends on exchanging ideas.Establishing a long-term mechanism of college-enterprise cooperation needs to arouse the enthusiasm of governments,colleges and enterprises.
