摘要 目前,高职院校的生源日趋多样化,学生英语水平参差不齐,传统的英语教学模式已经不能满足学生的需要。为更好地做到因材施教,大学英语分层次教学已经成为必然趋势。高职院校大学英语分层次教学在实施中还存在一些问题,学生对分层次教学模式存在偏见,给教师和教学管理带来了压力。为更好地提高教学效果,达到高职英语教育的目标,应该把分层次教学落实到实处,让学生在这种"新"的教学模式中真正受益。 Nowadays,the source of students has become more and more diversified in higher vocational colleges.Because of the wide gap among students' English levels,the traditional teaching mode can't meet the demands of the students and it is necessary to adopt the stratified teaching mode in accordance to individual differences.But in the course of the stratified teaching,there are still some problems.The students' prejudice imposes the heavy burden on teachers and the teaching management.To achieve the better teaching effect and reach the teaching goal of college English in higher vocational colleges,it is required to implement this "new" teaching mode well,so as to really benefit the students.
