摘要
从临床医学研究的标志性的转变分析入手,引申出转化医学的产生背景和与中医药学的内在联系,提示需要调整的方向与中医药社区慢病防治策略。明确社区对中医药医疗技术的需求是首要的任务,组建多学科团队是组织保障,规范临床研究落实到社区是前提保证,临床研究目标是惠及患者,多元化的防治模式是今后的方向。
The paper drew out the background of translational medicine and its internal relation with Chinese medicine, the direction needing to be adjusted and preventive and therapeutic strategies of Chinese medicine for community chronic diseases from the analysis on symbolic changes of clinical medicine research. The demands of community to TCM technology will be principal task, team construction with multi-disciplines, organic safeguard, and standardization of clinical research in community, precondition. The goal of clinical research is to benefit patients and diverse mode of prevention and treatment is future orientation.
