摘要
转化医学是近年来在国内外科研领域兴起的一个新概念、新理念,其意在促使基础研究成果向实际医学应用的快速转换,在基础研究与临床医疗之间实现双向转化通道。通过对转化医学的概念及在其国内外发展现状的探讨,运用转化医学理念分析中医学特色,认识优势和不足,倡议中医药学的传承与发展,借助转化医学的概念与模式,朝向预防疾病与解决疾病的不同环节,使现有中医临床行之有效的技术、方法和手段得以保留、诠释、传承和发扬。
Translational medicine is a new concept in internal and international scientific field, which is to promote a quick translation from basic research results to medical application and set up a two-way channel between basic research and clinical practice. The authors analyzed the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of Chinese medicine through the exploration and application of the concept and current development of translational medicine. With the aid of concept and mode of translational medicine, TCM techniques, therapies and approaches in clinic will be reserved, explained, inherited and developed.
