依托高校优势 办好中医药科技期刊

Relying on university advantages,running journals of Chinese medicine successfully

在《北京中医药大学学报(中医临床版)》第四届编委会会议召开之际,对自上届编委会召开至今8年来的工作作出全面梳理。①依附大学优势办刊,主动组稿,创办栏目。采取的措施有为重点科室,为配合行业、学校及其附院开展工作设置专栏,关注社会热点组织稿源,等等。②圆满完成编辑出版任务,所发表文章涵盖临床各科,为活跃学术气氛发挥了应有的作用。③围绕提高期刊质量开展科研工作,并将研究结果用于指导和改进工作。④自始至终实行编排规范化,并在不断学习探索中逐步完善。8年来期刊评价指标影响因子与总被引频次逐年上升,入编中国期刊全文数据库、中国学术期刊综合评价数据库、中国核心期刊(遴选)数据库、中文生物医学期刊文献数据库、中国生物医学期刊引文数据库。针对新一届编委会的目标任务,《北京中医药大学学报(中医临床版)》将坚持办刊宗旨与运作方针,调整办刊方向,注重发挥导向作用,宣传与推进新的医学观念,突出临床版实用性。主要依附大学,尤其是附院优势办刊,争取落实学校给予的优惠政策,充分利用与发挥编委会的作用,从多角度争取稿源,不断提高本刊的学术水平。

The paper summarized the editorial work in 8 years since last meeting of editorial board at the occasion of the forth meeting of editorial board of Journal of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine （Clinical Medicine）. Cq＇he journal has been run relying on university advantages, and contributions were solicited actively and columns were set up. The measures we have taken included establishing special columns for key departments, professional works in university and affiliated hospitals, and hot spots of society. （~The tasks of edition and publication were fulfilled and published papers covered all clinical specialties and played a role in activating academic atmosphere. （~） The researches were conducted for improving journal quality and the achievements were practiced in the edition work. （~The compilation norms were implemented from beginning to end. For 8 years the impact factor and total cited frequency of the journal increased year by year, and the journal has been compiled by Chinese Journal Fulltext Database （CJFD）, China Academic Journal Comprehensive Evaluation Database （CAJCED）, China Core Periodicals （Selection） Database, Chinese Medical Current Contents （CMCC） and China Biological Medical Journal Citations Database （CMCI）. Aiming at the goal and task set by new editorial board, we will persist on our publishing purpose and operating policy, control the direction, play a guiding role, boost new medical ideas, and highlight practicality of our journal. The journal will depend on advantages of our university, especially the affiliated hospitals, put preferential policy given by the university into practice, gather more manuscripts in different ways, and promote constantly its academic level.
