The Changes of Plasma CGRP and NT Level in Patients Undergoing General Anesthesia with Propofol

目的 :了解异丙酚全身麻醉病人对CGRP及NT的影响。方法 :在 19例病人中采用放免分析的方法测定CGRP及NT水平。结果 :术中和术毕病人血浆CGRP及NT水平较术前均有显著升高。结论 :异丙酚麻醉可增加血浆CGRP及NT水平。推测异丙酚扩张血管。

Objective: To examine the changes of CGRP and NT in patients undergoing general anesthesia with propofol.Methods:In 19 patients under propofol anesthesia,the levels of CGRP and NT were detected by means of radio-immunologic analysis.Results:Plasma CGRP and NT levels were dominantly elevated intraoperatively and postoperatively.Conclusion:Propofol anesthesia could increase plasma CGRP and NT.It is proposed that the vasodilating and hypotensive effect of propofol be probably mediated via the increase of plasma CGRP and NT.
