Objective To analyze the relationship between CD+4 regulatory T cells and HIV DNA.Methods Fifty outpatient visitors were randomly selected in Youan Hospital.Intracellular staining and flow cytometry were used to detect CD+4 CD+25 Foxp+3 regulatory T cell level, and real-time PCR quantitative method was used to detect peripheral blood mononuclear cells DNA levels. The correlation between CD+4 regulatory T cells,CD4 count, viral load and HIV-1DNA was analyzed.Result In HIV infected individuals there was positive correlation between CD+4 regulatory T cells and HIV DNA and CD4 count, but negative correlation between CD+4 regulatory T and viral load. Conclusion In the naive HIV individuals who had not received treatment, there was positive correlation between CD+4 regulatory T cells and HIVDNA,indicating that more CD+4 regulatory T cells, and more HIV-1DNA were present.Therefore,CD+4 regulatory T cells might play a negative role to the human body.
