性质上的堇青石的不同粒子尺寸的效果可扔由不同的热处理温度倔强作为原料与多铝红柱石和铝土矿分别地被调查,钙铝酸盐水泥作为文件夹。在在模子治好的 24 h 和在 demoulding 以后在 110 点治好的另一 24 h 以后,标本是对待在的热 1 000, 1 300 和 1 500 为 3 h 分别地。体积密度 BD,永久线性变化 PLC,压碎 strengthCCS 的 ruptureMOR 和土块的模量,热扩大系数和热吃惊抵抗被检验。结果证明由在低温度和中间的温度增加堇青石的不同粒子尺寸调整 castables 的永久线性变化和体积密度上没有明显的效果。有在热以后堇青石的粒子尺寸减少的可扔的增加的破裂的模量对待由 1 000 和 1 300。在这个实验,热吃惊抵抗与其粒子尺寸是 0 的堇青石可扔 - 1 公里是最好。
Effect of different particle sizes of cordierite on properties of castable refractory by different heat treatment temperatures were investigated respectively with mullite and bauxite as raw materials, calcium aluminate cement as binders. After 24 h curing in mould and another 24 h curing at 110 ℃ after demoulding, the specimens were heat treated at 1 000 ℃, 1 300℃ and 1 500℃ for 3 h, respectively. The bulk density ( BD), permanent linear change ( PLC), modulus of rupture(MOR) and clod crushing strength(CCS), thermal expansion coefficient and thermal shock resistance were examined. The results show that there is no obvious effect on adjusting permanent linear change and bulk density of castables by adding different particle sizes of cordierite at low temperature and intermediate temperature. Modulus of rupture of castable increase with the decreasing of the particle sizes of cordierite after heat treated by 1 000 ℃ and 1 300℃. In this experiment, thermal shock resistance of the castable with cordierite whose particle size is 0 - 1 mm is the best.
