我国西部城市社区文化管理的问题及其对策

Management Issues and Strategies Concerning Community Culture in China's Western City

虽然我国城市社区文化在几十年的建设中取得了一定的成绩,但是仍存在着管理理念陈旧、行政化表现严重、管理体制落后、城市社区自治功能弱等问题。因此,转变观念,改革现行的城市社区文化管理模式,规范城市社区文化管理,进而加快城市社区文化管理的步伐,已经成为我国经济建设和社会发展的迫切需要。在学习实践科学发展观和建设社会主义和谐社会的视域下,研究西部城市社区文化管理的问题及其对策显得尤为重要。

Although our community culture has got great achievement in the past several years, there still have some prob- lems, such as old management idea, serious administration, backward management system and weak autonomy in communi- ty. So we have to change our mind, reform the exiting management pattern of urban community culture, standardize the management of the community. From the point of view of scientific development perspective and harmonious society, the management issues and strategies of the community culture in the western city seems to be particularly important.
