摘要
根据马克思主义哲学有关意识的理论,参考相关文献,阐述了责任意识和责任能力的涵义及二者的关系,并结合责任编辑这一特定工作,给出了提高责任编辑的责任意识与责任能力的相关建议。
On the basis of theory of Marxism philosophy, this paper expounds the meaning of responsible and responsible making and their relationship by consulting some correlated reference. And then, combining the responsible editors＇ particular job, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the responsible and responsible making of a responsible editor.
