摘要
目的:探讨爱通立溶栓治疗脑梗死患者的人性化护理体会。方法:选择53例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,给予爱通立溶栓治疗,并配合密切的人性化护理。结果:51例患者病情得到缓解(96.2%),2例死亡(3.8%),患者对护理服务均表示满意。结论:人性化护理对促进患者保持良好的身心状态和顺利康复具有重要意义。
Objective：To explore the humanized nursing experience of thrombolytic therapy cerebral infarction with actilyse.Methods：53 patients as studied object were given thrombolytic therapy with actilyse,and humanized nursing was taken on.Results：51 patients were saved（96.2%） and 2 cases dead（3.8%）,all patients showed satisfaction on nursing service.Conclusion：Humanized nursing is meaningful for prompting sates of mind and body and improving smoothly recovery.

Objective：To introduce rehabilitation after total knee arthroplasty in patients with severe flexion contracture.Methods：80 cases of TKA with knee contractures greater than 60° were instructed postoperatively for rehabilitation for one year.According to HSS knee score scale,the knee function score was 51.25±6.10 preoperative.The program included： muscle strength exercise,muscle resistance,proprioception,range of motion,physiotherapy,TCM therapy,psychotherapy.Through analysis of stability,muscle strength,range of motion,gait.and knee scale score evaluation,the applicability and effectiveness of the nursing program were studied.Results：The tumefaction of the operated knee was regained in all cases three months after surgery.The strength of quadriceps femoris,hamstrings and gastreocnemius all reached Ⅳgrade（MMT） one year after operation.The patients were satisfactory.The total knee score were 87.13±7.43 according to HSS knee score scale.Statistically the difference between the HSS score before and one year after operation has prominent significance.Conclusion：For the patients with severe flexion contracture after TKA this rehabilitation was practical and effective.
