摘要
目的 探讨宫颈癌患者的应对方式及其影响因素.方法 采用应对方式量表对144例宫颈癌患者进行调查分析.结果 乐观是宫颈癌患者最常采用的应对方式,情感宣泄应用最少.多元线性回归分析显示：面对受患者文化程度（β=0.312,P〈0.001）、年龄（β=-0.234,P=0.003）的影响;乐观、宿命的采取都受到患者疼痛程度（β=-0.208,P=0.013;β=0.180,P=0.028）和经济状况（β=-0.176,P=0.035;β=0.203,P=0.006）的影响;自我依赖受文化程度的影响（β=0.269,P=0.001）;应对方式总体的影响因素为年龄（β=-0.198,P=0.018）.结论 应对方式受患者经济状况、疼痛程度、文化程度和年龄的影响,中国妇幼保健专业人员应重视患者应对方式的应用情况,实施针对性的心理行为干预.
Objective To explore the coping styles and related influencing factors of patients with ce/vical cancer. Methods Jalowiec coping scale （JCS-60） was used to investigate 144 cases of cervical cancer. Results ＂Optimistic＂ was the most frequently used coping style by cervical cancer patients, and ＂emotive＂ was the least one. Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that ＂confronting＂ was influenced by patients＇ education level （β = 0.312, P 〈 0.001 ） and age （β = - 0.234, P = 0. 003 ）, ＂optimistic＂ and＂ fatalism＂ by degree of patients＇ pain （β = -0.208 ,P =0. 013 ;β = 0. 180,P =0.028） and economic status （β = -0. 176 ,P =0.035 ;β =0.203 ,P =0.006）, and ＂self-dependence＂ by educational level （β = 0. 269, P = 0. 001 ）. The general influencing factor of coping styles was age （β = -0. 198,P = 0.018）. Conclusion Coping styles of cervical cancer patients are influenced by economic status, degree of pain, education level and age. Staff working for maternal and child health care should pay attention to coping styles of patients and implement continent psychological and behavior intervention.
