窒息新生儿血β2-微球蛋白与肾损害的临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨血清β2-微球蛋白(β2 MG)及肾功能检测在新生儿窒息肾脏损害中的意义.方法 窒息组新生儿(28例)在生后24小时采用免疫比浊法测定血清β2-微球蛋白及生化检测仪检测肾功能;对照组(20例)健康新生儿同期进行上述检测,对两组检测结果 进行统计分析.结果 窒息组新生儿血清β2-微球蛋白含量明显高于正常对照组(t=188.00,P〈0.01);而肾功能检测在窒息组与对照组中无显著改变.结论 血清β2-微球蛋白含量测定可作为新生儿肾功能损伤的早期指标.窒息新生儿血清β2-微球蛋白的增高与肾损害有密切关系. Objective To study the significance of change of 132-MG, BUN and Cr in kidney damage of newborns with birth asphyxia. Methods The 132-MG of neonates in birth asphyxia group ( n = 28 ) and control group ( n = 20) was tested by immunoturbidimetry at 24h after birth and renal function was detected with biochemical detector. The detection results of two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The 132-MG of birth asphyxia group was significantly higher than that of control group( t = 188.00, P 〈0.01 ), but the difference in renal function detection between two groups was not significant. Conclusion The level of 132-MG can be an early indication of kidney damage of newboms, and there is a close association between increasing of 132-MG and kidney damage in newborn asphyxia.
