1例输入性恶性疟疾重症病例调查与分析

The investigation and analysis on an imported case with malignant malaria

2011年2月3日,十堰市太和医院报告1例归国劳务人员恶性疟疾病例。患者入院后骨髓检查见疟原虫,血片检查见恶性疟原虫环状体和配子体。患者经口服双氢青蒿素哌喹片(总量8片),肌注蒿甲醚,输血纠正贫血,同时辅以护肝、护胃、营养及维持水盐电解质等支持疗法,患者血检疟原虫连续3次阴性,痊愈出院。输入性疟疾病例的早期诊断和高危人群的健康教育是疟疾防治的重点。

On February 3rd,Taihe Hospital of Shiyan gave an official report on an inpatient with severe malignant malaria and the inpatient was a labor who just came back from abroad.Plasmodium was found by bone marrow examination,and ring form plus gametocyte were found in the blood test.Then the patient took 8 pieces of Artekin,received muscular injection with Artemether,and got blood transfusion to correct anemia.At the same time,several supporting treatment methods were chosen to help the patient focusing on liver protection,gastric protection,nutrition support and electrolyte balance.Finally,the patients discharged from the hospital after the test result on malaria being negative in consecutive 3 days.It can be included that early diagnosis and the health education for high risky population are the key point for preventing malaria.
