摘要
从历史传统、基本国情、机构改革三方面发展根源切入,梳理我国档案管理体制建国以来的发展历程,讨论了每个阶段的发展原因与特征,对于未来档案管理体制的发展,做出了初步的展望。
File management system since the founding of P.R.china is studied from three respects：historical tradition,basic national situation,and institution reform.Reasons and features of each stoge are disussed,and prospect is made to the development of future file management system.
