关于高等学校哲学社会科学研究评价的思考 被引量:11

摘要 中国高等学校作为我国哲学社会科学战线最重要的力量,在认识世界、传承文明、创新理论、咨政育人、服务社会等方面,已经作出了重要贡献。但由于功利主义利益驱动和成果评价体系的不健全,高等学校哲学社会科学理论研究与现实结合不紧,移植性、诠释性、解释性居多,创新成果不足,研究潜力、实力和效力发挥不够。其中原因固然很多,但成果评价是其重要因素之一。因此,如何科学、客观、公正地评价哲学社会科学研究成果,如何建立和完善哲学社会科学研究成果的评价机制、评价标准和评价体系,已经成为当前哲学社会科学发展刻不容缓的、必须解决的重大理论和现实问题。回顾国内哲学社会科学成果评价的现状并对美国、英国、芬兰等国研究评价案例进行剖析后可以得出结论:从哲学社会科学研究质量导向原则、哲学社会科学研究评价主体、规范哲学社会科学研究评价标准、实施哲学社会科学研究差别化评价、建立健全诚信公正的评价制度等几个方面,探讨如何做好我国高等学校哲学社会科学研究成果评价的做法,可以更好地拓展新的思路,提升研究质量,促进高等学校哲学社会科学进一步繁荣发展。 Colleges and universities as the most important forces in the front of philosophy and social science in China,have made great contributions to the understanding of the world,to the heritage of civilization,to the innovation theory,to the education of people,and to social services,etc.However,due to the utilitarian benefits and results-driven,the evaluation system is not perfect,which shows that the philosophy and social science theory of institutions of higher learning loose integration of with realities,the researches of portability,interpretive,explanatory take the most with lack of innovation,research potentialities,strength and effectiveness play not enough.One of the numerous reasons is due to the evaluation of the results.Therefore,how to evaluate research results scientifically,objectively and fairly,how to establish and perfect the evaluation mechanisms,evaluation criteria and evaluation system of the philosophy of social science research,has become imperative and major theoretical and practical issues for the development of philosophy and social sciences.This paper,after briefly reviewing the evaluation status of philosophy and social sciences at home,and it bases on the case study of analysis of the United Kingdom,United States,Finland and other countries,in the perspective of the quality-oriented principles,philosophy and social science evaluation of the subject,philosophy and social science standards evaluation criteria,the implementation of differentiated evaluation of philosophy and social science research,puts forward some suggestions of how to establish and improve the integrity and fair evaluation system,so as to develop new ideas,to enhance research quality,and to promote the further prosperity and development of philosophy and social sciences of higher education in China.
