摘要
本室建立了一种新型电脑化图形分析系统,用该系统对动物实验结果进行处理,并与旧技术比较。结果表明新建系统不仅功能大,图形-数字处理迅速准确,而且还可进行旧技术难以完成的酶偏差灶的重叠图的处理,从而为肝癌的实验研究提供了科学的实用的手段,并具有推广应用于其它与图形-数字转化有关学科研究的价值。
A new type of computerized image analystic system was recently self—made in our laboratory.Evaluation of this system by comparing with our former technique was performed,using the same experimental data-time-related inhibitory effect of green tea diet on aflatoxin B_1-induced hepatocarcinogenesis in rat.The results showed that this new system is not only manifold in function,faster and more exact than the former system,but also can deal with the over-lapping images of the enzyme-altered foci in which the former technique was unable to manage.Thus,it serves as a scientific,practical and cheaper tool in the experimental research on liver cancer.This new system may also be useful for other studies which deal with image-figure transformation.
