摘要
本文介绍了YYG150液压凿岩机缓冲活塞的热处理工艺,并通过调整氮碳共渗前的回火温度,使该活塞氮碳共渗前后的组织一致,解决了该缓冲活塞在氮碳共渗后发生形变后无法进行装配的实际生产问题。
This paper introduces the heat treatment technics of YYG150 hydraulic drill rock machine buffer piston,and adjusts the tempering temperature which make the structure of piston achieve accordance before and after the nitrocarburizing,therefore,it resolved practical assemble problem which is caused by the deformation after the nitrocarburizing.
