摘要
目的建立袖套法豚鼠至大鼠异种小肠移植模型,初步观察异种小肠移植超急性排斥反应的过程。方法行异种异位全小肠移植,移植小肠肠系膜上动脉(腹主动脉)与受体肾以下腹主动脉作端侧吻合,切除受体左肾,移植小肠肠系膜上静脉(门静脉)与受体左肾静脉行袖套吻合;在手术显微镜下观察超急性排斥的大体变化。结果共实施异种小肠移植40例,成功 34例,供受体手术时间平均 150 min,血管吻合成功率达90%。再灌流后 15~20 min移植小肠发生超急性排斥反应,表现为移植小肠变黑,肠蠕动停止,失去活力。结论异种小肠移植发生的超急性排斥反应与异种心、肾移植具有相似性。
Objective To establish a model of small intestinal xenograft from guinea pig to rat by means of cuff methods and to observe the process of hyperacute ejection of small intestinal xenograft. Methods Heterogenic and heterotopic entire small intestine transplantation was performed by end to side anatomoses of superior mesenteric artery to aorta. After resecting the left kidney of recipents, superior mesenteric vein was anastomosed with left renal vein by cuff methods. The process of hyperacute rejection was observed under operative microscope. Results 34 of 40 transplantation were successful. The mean time of operation was 150 minutes. The success rates were 90%. The xenografts were getting blacker gradually and aperistalsised 15 ~ 20 minutes after reperfusion. Conclusion Hyperacute rejection of small intestinal xenograft is similar to heart and kidney xenotransplan tation.
