Efficacy of Naevus Fuscocaeruleus Zygomaticus Treated by Q-switched Nd∶YAG Laser Associated with Biological Whitening

摘要 目的探讨Q开关Nd∶YAG1 064 nm激光联合生物美白液治疗颧部褐青色痣的疗效及对继发性色素沉着的发生、疗程的影响。方法对颧部褐青色痣患者118例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组61例采用Q开关Nd∶YAG激光联合生物美白液治疗,对照组57例采用仅采用Q开关Nd∶YAG激光治疗,比较两组治疗间隔时间、总治疗时间及疗效。结果治疗组与对照组评均治疗间隔时间分别为74.59 d和105.24 d,总治疗时间分别为453.37 d和651.28 d,有效率分别为96.7%和79.0%,两组差异均有显著意义(P<0.05)。继发性色素沉着治疗组19例,发生率31.2%;对照组28例,发生率49.1%;差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论 Q开关Nd∶YAG激光联合生物美白液治疗颧部褐青色痣,可缩短治疗疗程,提高疗效,减少继发性色素沉着的发生。 Objective To evaluate therapeutic effect of naevus fuscocaeruleus zygomaticus associated with biological whitening to lessen pigmentation and shorten the coure's of treatment. Methods To review and analyze the clinical data of 118 patients with naevus fuscocaeruleus zygomaticus which had been recovered in the past years ranged from Jun 2005 to Jun 2010.All the cases were treated by Q-switched Nd ∶YAG laser and divided into two groups: the the treatment apcutic group with 61cases were applied otherwise biological whitening after the 15 d and the control group with 57 cases to compare the interval time and course of treatment and effect. Results The average interval time of the treatment apcutic group and the control group was respectively 74.59 days and 105.24 days,and the average time of therapy of both groups was respectively 453.37 days and 651.28 days,and the effective rate was 96.7% and 79.0%,and pigmentation of both groups was 19 cases and 28 cases.The difference of them was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusions The therapeutic method of naevus fuscocaeruleus zygomaticus treated by Q-switched Nd ∶YAG 1 064 nm laser associated with biological whitening is worth to use in clinic because of less pigmentation,shorter time of therapy and better effect.
