摘要
目前光敏剂荧光检测联合光动力疗法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)受到国内外学者地广泛关注,为肿瘤的诊断与治疗带来新的福音。本文就光敏剂荧光检测的历史背景及基本原理重点阐述该技术联合PDT在各种肿瘤诊治中的优势及光敏剂荧光检测技术的研究进展。
Fluorescence imaging of photosensitizer(PS) is a method that uses light to stimulate PS to produce fluorescence for diagnosis of cancers,which is often termed photodynamic diagnosis(PDD).However,some foreign researchers point out that the phrase "PDD" is somewhat misrepresentative of both the underlying physical process and its application.For these reasons,they suggest the more general phrase "photosensitizer fluorescence detection"(PFD).PFD is a photophysics-based approach that uses light of an appropriate wavelength to excite photosensitizer for treatment,monitoring and dosimetry.Now this method combined with PDT for cancer treatment and monitoring has received great attention of scholars around the world.This article summarized the historical background and basic principles of PFD,focuses on the advantage of application of this technology combined with PDT to various kinds of tumors and the latest developments of optimization of PFD.
