摘要
本科生导师制之质的规定性在于通过"自由教育"培养学生的"批判思维素养"。当下我国高校本科生导师制遭遇到了"形式主义",更多地体现的是"政治论哲学",其深层原因在于本科生导师制在国内缺乏思想共识与文化支持。本科生导师制的思想基础在于自由教育,自由教育在当前"就业至上"的语境中处境尴尬,只有高校形成"自由教育"、"通识课程"、"启发教学"等基础共识,才能为本科生导师制的功用发挥提供文化土壤。
The qualitative prescription of undergraduate tutorial system is to cultivate students' critical thoughts by the manner of liberal education.At present,the undergraduate tutorial system encountered formalism,which reflected the political philosophy.The underlying causes lied in the lack of common view and cultural support.The ideology basis of undergraduate tutorial system is liberal education,however the liberal education is placed in an awkward position under the context of employment first.Only the common view of liberal education,general education and heuristic teaching is developed,could it offer the cultural soil for the role of undergraduate tutorial system.
